How to Manage Your Booking
If you've booked a Guided Vacation or Inspiring Journey, you can register online to save time at the beginning of your holiday.
Please have the following information ready:
• Your AAT Kings booking number and last name
• Emergency contact details, including email (should an unlikely event arise)
• Passport details for international travellers (for each guest on your booking)
Once you have registered, be sure to update your dietary requirements, contact details or make a special request on My Travel Portal, Manage My Booking or by contacting us.
Register for My AAT Kings
You’ll need to register your upcoming AAT Kings Guided Vacations or Inspiring Journeys trip through My AAT Kings Travel Portal. My AAT Kings is your one-stop-shop for your profile, bookings, trip itineraries and important travel documents. Our Travel Directors gather this information so they can ensure there is an appropriate duty of care and so that they can better anticipate your needs during your vacations. Additionally you will be required to complete a mandatory Travel Declaration and confirm your COVID-19 vaccination status before your trip departs to ensure you are ‘fit for travel’.
