The unforeseen and unexpected can unfortunately arise, meaning we may need to cancel your trip if it is unsafe for you to travel. We’ll always look for alternative options but if that isn’t suitable for you or if you’re unsure when you want to travel next, a Future Travel Credit will be held in your name until you’re ready.*

You don’t need to lock in your destination or trip now. Future Travel Credits are valid for 2 years from date of issue.
GIFT OR TRANSFER
You can transfer your Future Travel Credit as a gift into a different name (family, friend’s, etc) at no cost.

When you use your Future Travel Credit, you still have flexibility and can change your trip more than once.
